Comfortable room. Soft bed. Toiletries are also complete. Only for halal food is quite limited. There is a Muslim restaurant nearby.

The decor is high-end and the workmanship is as fine as a five-star hotel. I’ve stayed in so many hotels of the same price, and it’s definitely ranked first.

The front office staff very friendly. They assisted us using the machine to pay deposit and guided throughout the function. Room also very cozy and the only problem was the room switch unable to Off. We only notice later at late night but still had a warm sleep.

We booked 2 rooms during the Christmas period for the family and we had a good experience during our stay. The hotel is located in a nice location, the rooms are clean and cozy. Bedding are comfortable. We had issue when using the KIOSK checkin system but the hotel staff was very patiently assist us. We will definitely book again.

If you are looking for a budget stay in JB especially when its last minute, this hotel is a good choice. Room was very clean and toiletries was provided.
